Associate Therapist — Partial Hospital Program

The Associate Therapist — Partial Hospital Program is an onsite, full-time role in Bloomfield Hills, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or another full-time equivalent schedule set by a director or supervisor. Compensation is $24–$29 per hour; sign-on bonuses are available for qualified candidates. The role supports New Oakland Family Centers’ FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program. The therapist delivers clinical services in an acute-care setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Through assessments, therapy, treatment planning, crisis response, and discharge coordination, the role supports client recovery, well-being, and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide assessments, intakes, individual, family, and/or group therapy
• support daily group facilitation
• develop treatment plans and clinical notes
• coordinate discharge planning and care transitions
• manage crises using approved interventions
• communicate with clinical and administrative staff
• and participate in team meetings and professional training.
