What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment
• load and unload printed circuit board assemblies while following ESD and MSD handling requirements
• verify component placement, orientation, and solder quality
• identify and report defects and process deviations
• follow work instructions and production schedules
• perform first-piece checks and in-process inspections as required
• assist with basic machine maintenance, feeder setup, and cleanliness
• communicate issues and improvement opportunities.
