Plumbing Project Manager

What you'll do

• Establish project budgets and schedules of values
• coordinate material, equipment, and subcontract buyouts
• submit monthly billings and assist with collections
• prepare job-cost, cash-flow, and manpower projections
• review permits, submittals, contracts, and purchase orders
• coordinate deliveries
• attend project meetings and site visits as needed
• review change orders
• update schedules and manpower weekly
• resolve vendor and subcontractor disputes
• collaborate with assistant project managers
• schedule owner training as needed.
