What you'll do

• Manage inquiries, bookings, and event execution for private dining, event spaces, and catering
• promote event and catering opportunities
• lead and schedule Events Team staff
• prepare weekly event updates
• conduct staff development appraisals
• certify event payroll
• resolve customer service issues
• collaborate on budgets, sales goals, marketing, inventory, and facility upkeep.
