The Home Infusion Nursing Coordinator role is onsite in Portland, ME; compensation is not specified. This role supports implementation of the Lotus Home Infusion program in Maine. The coordinator helps oncology teams adopt home infusion workflows and screens patients for suitability in coordination with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams. By monitoring onboarding, resolving process barriers, and reviewing performance, the role supports reliable program delivery and patient access to home infusion.

What you'll do

• Support patient screening, eligibility assessments, and onboarding
• coordinate scheduling in the electronic medical record and confirm clinical and operational steps before medication pickup
• ensure post-infusion communication and documentation
• monitor onboarding and address bottlenecks
• identify and escalate implementation risks
• train and support oncology teams
• review performance dashboards at monthly steering meetings.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current Maine Registered Nurse license in good standing.
