What you'll do

• Own monthly and quarterly close and revenue recognition
• manage hardware cost, inventory, fixed assets, AP/AR, payroll, ERP, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, and transfer pricing
• direct cash and foreign-exchange management, financing, and leasing
• lead SEC-ready reporting, K-IFRS to U.S. GAAP conversion, SOX readiness, governance, and equity-compensation accounting
• build and scale the U.S. finance team.
