What you'll do

• Direct daily operations and implement company procedures

• oversee a team of 30–60 employees
• lead sales and enrollment efforts
• manage budgets, expenses, payroll, retail, and vending
• oversee emergency and facility safety procedures
• coordinate with deck supervisors on class scheduling, student progress, customer service, and staff training.
