What you'll do

• Lead project teams and internal customers in defining requirements

• lead real estate RFP components and bids
• coordinate designers, architects, engineers, and project managers
• manage vendors and contractors
• identify dependencies and critical path issues
• monitor lease dates and support lease negotiations
• prepare reports and recommendations
• travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 30% of the time.
