Inside Sales Dispatcher

What you'll do

• Manage inbound calls, customer files, inquiries, sales call screens, follow-ups, and job bookings in ServiceTitan
• oversee office operations and supplies
• coordinate communication among customers, technicians, and suppliers
• assist with onboarding and training
• create technician schedules and routes
• provide real-time technician support
• manage vendor relationships
• develop commercial customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
• generate reports
• verify job completion, invoices, and payments
• assist with commercial collections
• and monitor vehicle maintenance needs.
