What you'll do

• Participate in presales discovery and document partner requirements
• provide technical integration support and product/API presentations
• collaborate on product requirements and specifications
• create sandbox accounts and demonstrate partner portals
• coordinate ISV partner implementations and onboarding
• answer API questions
• review transaction data and test use cases
• troubleshoot failures
• support sales and merchant teams
• track gateway issues and feature requests
• assist with complex API integrations.
