Peer Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group peer support consistent with treatment plans
• build recovery-oriented relationships
• share lived recovery experience appropriately
• reinforce coping, emotional regulation, wellness, and recovery-planning skills
• support care transitions
• encourage participation in treatment and community recovery resources
• collaborate with the treatment team
• and complete timely, accurate Medi-Cal-compliant documentation.
