What you'll do

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, operating systems, applications, and VoIP
• manage help desk tickets and escalations
• deploy and maintain desktop and laptop systems
• train staff on agency software and business applications
• evaluate and install hardware upgrades
• maintain user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
• research technical issues and document processes.
