Member Specialist

What you'll do

• Generate membership, package, and retail sales
• explain infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy services
• manage leads and follow-ups
• support events, promotions, and community outreach
• welcome members and guests
• address basic questions and escalate issues
• maintain studio cleanliness
• refresh sauna suites between appointments
• handle check-ins, transactions, account updates, and customer-care calls
• and assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
