Consumer Sales Associate

Job overview

The Consumer Sales Associate role is onsite in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Compensation is $13–$14 per hour. The position is in Retail Sales and supports customers with One Communications products and connectivity needs. The associate guides customers through product selection and activation, provides basic equipment support, and works toward sales targets. The role also supports store operations, merchandising, inventory, and customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Sell company products, service plans, devices, and accessories
• meet monthly sales targets
• provide connectivity solutions and basic device setup
• assist with tech-assisted services and repair vendors
• help customers select, troubleshoot, or replace equipment
• maintain customer relationships and store displays
• complete opening and closing paperwork and reports
• participate in channel sales initiatives
• support merchandising, marketing execution, inventory management, and loss prevention.
