What you'll do

• Facilitate behavioral-health treatment groups and report attendance
• provide individual sessions on a case-by-case basis
• complete biopsychosocial assessments and related documentation
• record attendance, group topics, participation, client contacts, and referrals
• complete discharge paperwork within seven days
• record urinalysis or breathalyzer results when applicable
• review and update treatment plans
• provide person-centered treatment and culturally competent case management.
