Job overview

The Line Cook role is onsite in Coeur d'Alene, ID, with pay of $20–$22 per hour. The Bier Haus kitchen team prepares menu items to established recipes and standards for restaurant service.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items accurately
• set up and maintain assigned stations
• work grill, fryer, sauté, prep, and other stations as assigned
• maintain food quality, portions, and presentation
• coordinate with servers and kitchen staff
• follow food handling and sanitation procedures
• prepare ingredients, label and store food, monitor product levels, and maintain a clean workstation.
