The project lead coordinates new store development from lease signing through grand opening, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company standards. The role works across internal teams and external partners to manage permitting, construction progress, equipment delivery, and store readiness.

What you'll do

• Lead new store development from lease execution through grand opening
• maintain schedules, milestone trackers, and critical-path timelines
• identify and resolve delays
• oversee permit applications, inspections, and licensing
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• track construction milestones, equipment deliveries, and readiness
• prepare status reports
• track budgets, invoices, and expenses.
