What you'll do

• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, illnesses, and urgent care conditions
• document patient encounters
• collaborate with medical and administrative staff
• support resolution of operational and clinical challenges
• evaluate clinical practices and recommend improvements
• ensure regulatory and quality compliance
• maintain confidentiality
• participate in quality assurance
• communicate staff feedback to the Medical Director.
