Senior Director, Technical Services

Job overview

The Senior Director, Technical Services role is fully remote, with an annual base salary range of $200,000–$255,000, plus bonus eligibility. Parsec develops manufacturing operations management software, including its TrakSYS platform. The director unifies and scales the Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams within Professional Services under a shared operating model. The role establishes standards, governance, staffing and capacity practices, and reporting to improve delivery predictability and provide clients, partners, and internal teams with consistent technical service.

What you'll do

• Lead the Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams
• establish shared standards, handoffs, and reporting
• manage advisory resource allocation and design quality
• oversee delivery capacity, staffing, engineering and QA standards
• own support SLAs, coverage models, and on-call structures
• develop hiring and ramp plans
• report workstream health, capacity, and delivery metrics to leadership.
