Outbound Collections Agent

What you'll do

• Use contact technology and recovery strategies to locate the right parties
• understand customer situations and identify payment-plan options
• negotiate payment terms with empathy and professionalism
• make outbound and receive inbound calls
• follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• address common collection-call challenges
• meet monthly goals
• attend meetings and training and keep current on program, system, and process changes.
