The Caregiver role is onsite in Lewisville, TX, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. The position supports residents at Discovery Village at Castle Hills, part of Discovery Management Group’s senior living communities. The Caregiver provides hands-on personal care and physical and emotional support while helping residents maintain independence, dignity, safety, and well-being. The role also offers companionship, supports meaningful activities, and communicates changes in residents’ care needs to supervisors or the health care coordinator.

What you'll do

• Monitor a designated group of residents and conduct frequent checks
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and eating
• respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells
• maintain clean and organized resident rooms and work areas
• provide companionship and emotional support
• engage residents in life skills activities and enrichment programs
• notify supervisors or the health care coordinator of increased care needs.
