Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Assist with food functions according to established procedures
• prepare or deliver juice, applesauce, and pudding for medication passes
• set up meal trays according to specified diets
• place food items on trays according to menus and diet cards
• deliver and retrieve trays
• wash and store dishes
• clean and sanitize work areas
• respond to nursing staff and resident requests
• assist the cook and with special meals
• maintain food supplies and report hazards.
