The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is in person in Heathsville, VA, providing services in clients’ homes, communities, or schools. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. Era ABA Therapy provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under BCBA supervision, the RBT implements individualized treatment plans and supports children’s communication, social, daily living, and behavior goals. The role contributes to client progress through session data collection and collaboration with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
