Employer Contributions Specialist

What you'll do

• Communicate verbally and in writing with participants and employers
• post and research union members’ hours and contributions
• reconcile contribution reports and make deposits
• collect outstanding employer contributions
• review agreement rates, terms, and conditions
• balance daily postings and deposits
• review participant demographics and conduct identity research
• quality-review scanned contribution reports and other documents
• prepare, review, and distribute reports
• interpret and follow plan documents.
