ARC Psychiatry provides behavioral-health services, including therapy, medication management, TMS, genetic testing, and psychological assessment. The therapist provides outpatient care to individuals, couples, and/or families, maintaining a caseload and delivering evidence-based treatment. Timely documentation, client feedback, and collaboration with the clinical team support consistent, high-quality care.

What you'll do

• Assess biopsychosocial needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• seek parent or patient feedback on programming and goals
• complete compliant clinical documentation
• maintain at least 32 client sessions per week
• participate in consultation, supervision, or team meetings
• follow ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.

Why this role
