The role manages intellectual-property administration, reviews and negotiates routine contract terms within established guidelines, monitors regulatory developments, and partners with internal teams on compliance initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support legal governance, corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, import/export compliance, product labeling, environmental compliance, consumer protection, supply-chain due diligence, cybersecurity, and data-protection initiatives
• administer trademark, copyright, and patent filings, renewals, monitoring, and enforcement with external counsel
• review and analyze contracts
• negotiate routine terms within guidelines
• identify legal and business risks
• monitor industry standards and regulatory developments
• support Demonstrator Policies and related compliance initiatives
• maintain confidentiality and build cross-department partnerships.

Why this role

A paralegal degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The role requires willingness to obtain and maintain Notary Public certification and bond; experience in a global direct-sales organization is preferred.
