What you'll do

• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• observe and document resident attendance, mood, behavior, involvement, and progress
• prepare and clean activity areas
• follow resident care plans
• recommend activity supplies
• purchase department supplies, clothing, and personal items for residents
• maintain confidentiality and treat residents with dignity
• oversee scheduled activities
• visit in-room residents and assist with letters, errands, crafts, and projects as needed.
