The Licensed Therapist — Community Mental Health role is onsite in Le Mars, IA, with compensation of $71,000–$80,000 per year depending on experience; a bilingual differential is available. The client organization is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and Community Mental Health Center serving Northwest Iowa, with seven locations. The therapist assesses and treats children and adults in outpatient community mental health settings, including people with complex behavioral health needs. The role contributes to accessible care through counseling, crisis response, clinical documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; periodic on-call rotation is part of the position.

What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic interviews and assessments with children and adults
• provide individual and brief outpatient counseling
• collaborate with psychiatric providers, case managers, and peer support staff
• consult on cases, programs, or community needs as appropriate
• provide emergency services and crisis intervention when needed
• complete clinical documentation
• participate in periodic on-call rotation
• provide clinical supervision hours to temp-licensed colleagues.
