  • Analyze production non-conformances and determine root causes and dispositions
  • assess product and process issues using design principles
  • document and resolve deviations affecting design intent or safety
  • develop product and process improvements
  • support integrated product teams and design reviews
  • ensure supplier and build-partner compliance
  • develop customer correspondence
  • support disabled-product repair and accident investigation teams
  • analyze damage repairs and structural modifications
  • design interim structural repairs and conduct static strength analysis
  • develop nondestructive test procedures, tools, and standards.
