What you'll do

• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on client assessments and care plans
• maintain caregiver schedules and respond to conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs
• communicate schedule changes to clients and families
• record changes in company software
• coordinate shift back-fill
• audit time cards
• serve as a scheduling contact for client families
• accept on-call duty averaging two weeks per month as directed.
