What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound patient medical record requests
• log records received within 48 business hours
• verify requestors' rights to receive records
• track, invoice, and respond to requests
• retrieve and send information according to policy
• assist with special projects and information analysis
• research regulatory, compliance, and privacy information
• and help design, implement, and audit compliance and privacy program solutions as needed.
