The Patient Care Assistant – Direct Care / CNA / TBI Rehabilitation role is onsite in Novi, Michigan, and surrounding areas. Pay is $17–$19 per hour, plus bonuses. Medical Alternatives, Inc. has served individuals with traumatic brain injuries for more than 30 years and supports them in group homes and semi-independent living environments. The role provides person-centered daily support that helps individuals with traumatic brain injuries maintain well-being and independence. The assistant helps with personal care, meals, medication support, transportation, and emotional encouragement.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• support medication administration
• transport individuals using a company vehicle
• provide emotional support and encourage independence.
