What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel
• conduct foot or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking facilities, perimeters, and access points
• verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed
• respond to incidents and alarms
• notify appropriate personnel and document actions
• help deter unauthorized access and vandalism.
