What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal tools
• align recruiting with business goals
• conduct targeted searches, resume reviews, phone screens, and skills assessments
• host onsite interviews, job fairs, and informational sessions
• administer and document background and drug screening paperwork
• conduct new-hire orientation
• report recruiting activity, challenges, and strategies.

Why this role
