The Warehouse Order Picking & Forklift Specialist role is onsite in Indiana, PA, with a Wednesday–Saturday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $16.25–$19.00 per hour. Accurate picks and safe equipment moves help fulfill URBN’s customer commitments across North America. The role supports distribution center inventory flow by operating material-handling equipment, picking and stowing products at height, and assisting inbound and outbound work. It contributes to reliable inventory records and a safe, organized workspace.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks to transport, stow, and replenish inventory
• pick and stow items at heights of 25–40+ feet using fall protection and OSHA-compliant procedures
• load and unload trailers, apply labels, build boxes, and move items between storage and staging
• use RF scanners and touchscreens to maintain inventory data
• inspect equipment before shifts and maintain a tidy, hazard-free environment.
