What you'll do

• Greet visitors and provide information about admission prices, memberships, and special events
• answer guest questions and provide directions
• collect admission fees, process payments, and issue tickets or receipts
• validate memberships, group discounts, and promotional offers
• sell merchandise, gifts, and concessions
• handle payments securely
• balance the cash drawer, reconcile transactions, and prepare deposits
• manage lines and queues
• assist with crowd control during peak hours and special events.
