Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with hybrid opportunities available after training. Pay is $18 per hour. The role supports Chadwell Supply’s customer service operations in its maintenance, repair, and operations business. The representative handles inbound customer requests and processes quotes, orders, and returns accurately. By coordinating with warehouse personnel, account managers, and branch managers, the role helps resolve escalated calls and support order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls from assigned queues
• process quotes, stock orders, returns, credit card authorizations, order-history requests, and reports. Provide substitutes for backordered items when requested, respond to emails, follow account notes, and communicate with sales, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve issues. Remain logged into queues during business hours and participate in product knowledge opportunities.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; during daylight saving time the shift adjusts to 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Guaranteed 40 hours per week and no weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required.
