What you'll do

• Manage Pro associates, sales, and customer service standards.
• Ensure associates have knowledge to help customers.
• Oversee in-store retail Pro team to execute core Pro programs.
• Partner with Store Manager and other leaders to develop strategies to drive Pro sales.
• Coach associates on selling skills.
• Ensure Pro Desk and Pro Canopy are organized.
