Plumbing Service Technician

The Plumbing Service Technician role is onsite in Beltsville, MD. Compensation is $30–$65 per hour, with performance bonus opportunities. The technician reports to the Service Manager and supports Len The Plumber Heating & Air’s residential home-services work. The role diagnoses, repairs, and maintains residential plumbing systems and helps homeowners understand repair and replacement options. It contributes to reliable service through accurate documentation, code and safety compliance, and coordination with dispatch and service management.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• perform repairs and installations involving water heaters, piping, drains, and related components
• recommend solutions
• explain options to homeowners
• maintain a stocked service vehicle
• document service calls and completed work
• follow plumbing codes and safety standards
• coordinate with dispatch and management.
