The Shift Leader-Stonehenge is an onsite position based in Midlothian, VA, with a pay range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour. This role supports the operations of Taziki's Cafe. The role exists to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, and guest service. The shift leader is responsible for setting the tone for the shift, managing team members, ensuring recipe perfection, and maintaining health department standards.

What you'll do

• Serve guests and make connections.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Manage the restaurant when a manager is not on duty.
• Set the tone for the shift and give directions.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Support stations when needed.
• Prep food and do side work.
• Maintain health standards.
