Swing Team Administrator

Job overview

The Swing Team Administrator role is onsite in Yucaipa, CA, and pays $19.00 per hour. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM–10:00 PM. Trinity Youth Services provides children’s programs and services, including short-term residential therapeutic programs and mental health services. The role supports safe, structured campus operations and the therapeutic team approach by supervising staff and client activities, maintaining records, and helping youth develop self-control.

What you'll do

• Supervise Team Support Workers and Drivers as required
• maintain the campus log
• oversee client movements, campus visitors, and client trips
• supervise campus events and drills
• coordinate with campus leadership to support the therapeutic team approach
• supervise or dispense medication and document and store it properly
• oversee the campus when specified leaders are absent
• use appropriate authority and discipline to help clients develop self-control.
