Medicaid Specialist

What you'll do

• Screen prospective PACE participants for Medicaid eligibility
• prepare, submit, and track applications, renewals, and recertifications
• coordinate determinations with state and local agencies
• monitor timelines and prevent coverage gaps
• resolve eligibility issues
• document status in enrollment and EHR systems
• follow CMS PACE and state Medicaid requirements
• support audits
• educate participants and caregivers
• track application metrics and prepare reports.
