What you'll do

• review credit approvals and identify potential issues
• create loan document packages and complete documentation checklists
• review documentation language with loan officers
• submit closing packages for quality assurance
• set up UCC filings as needed
• maintain knowledge of bank policies and compliance requirements
• upload supporting documents to Sageworks
• may document complex requests and serve as a resource to less experienced specialists.
