What you'll do

• Coordinate initial credentialing and recredentialing
• verify licenses, education, training, board certifications, DEA registrations, NPI information, references, and sanctions
• maintain credentialing files and databases
• track credential and license expirations and notify staff and leadership
• assist with applications and paperwork
• conduct file audits and support external audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews
• generate credentialing reports
• protect confidential information.
