What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, facility structures, grounds, and utilities
• complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• rebuild, replace, and adjust equipment
• operate welders, drill presses, grinders, and hand tools
• participate in safety, health, and environmental programs
• fabricate or modify equipment
• report repairs or adjustments that may affect food safety or product quality
• identify and document food-safety and quality issues.
