What you'll do

• Provide guest service
• process reservations and check-ins
• coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• complete bookkeeping and administrative procedures
• audit and reconcile cash drawer activity, card transactions, room charges, bills, and occupancy percentages
• prepare and distribute reports to hotel management and department heads.
