What you'll do

• Arrive on time for the early-morning opening shift
• welcome children and families
• supervise children and maintain required ratios
• engage children through play, conversation, reading, and age-appropriate learning activities
• assist with morning routines and transitions, diapering or toileting, hygiene, and meals as needed
• maintain a clean, organized, safe classroom
• follow center policies and licensing requirements
• communicate with families, coworkers, and administration
• complete attendance and classroom documentation
• and maintain a cell-phone-free classroom.
