The Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Dumont, NJ, with a Wednesday–Friday schedule from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. The technician provides one-to-one in-home therapy to children with autism, with training and supervision from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role helps children build communication, social, and independence skills by implementing behavior plans and tracking treatment goals. Collaboration with the supervising BCBA and communication with families support consistent therapy and progress updates.
