What you'll do

• Lead daily food production, prepare meals, follow recipes, and support special diets and catering
• maintain clean work areas and organized storage using FIFO
• complete HACCP logs, production records, and inventories
• monitor food-safety practices and required checklists
• serve as the kitchen point of contact and support team communication
• place food and supply orders and maintain prep lists
• train and coach staff
• communicate with supervisors, school staff, and customers
• fill in across district kitchens when required.
