Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Grants Pass, OR, supporting individuals in their homes and community; starting pay is $24 per hour, with a fast track to $26 per hour. The DSP assists individuals with daily needs and activities, follows individual support plans, and helps them pursue personal goals. The role contributes to community participation and independence through direct support, communication with families, and accurate shift documentation.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with personal needs and daily activities
• participate in developing and implementing support plans
• assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
• follow individual support plans and protocols
• communicate with individuals and families
• document daily activities and goals
• maintain confidentiality and complete required training.
